Vincent Gullo commence le piano à 5 ans, après avoir étudié à l’académie communale de Seraing , il entre au conservatoire Royal de Liège en 1997 à 17 ans, il entrera ensuite dans la classe de Jo Alfidi où il étudiera le piano classique pour obtenir son premier prix 3 ans plus tard, dans la classe de Jean Schils. Son parcours au conservatoire dure 10 ans, il étudie également l’harmonie qu’il digère lentement pour donner naissance à son envie de composer et obtient un premier prix en écriture et analyse en 2004 (approche stylistique de Brahms et Schumann). Le classique faisant partie de son quotidien, il détourne cependant son attention vers la musique Pop/Jazz et se nourrit d’expériences sur scène et en studio en gardant toutefois comme influence, la musique de Chopin, Rachmaninoff. C’est la chanson italienne, l’accompagnant depuis sa tendre enfance, qui lui donne l’inspiration nécessaire à se lancer dans l’écriture et arrangements de chansons. A 18 ans, les premières chansons prennent forme pour l’amener à participer au festival de la chanson italienne en Belgique qu’il remporte à 3 reprises (2000-2001-2003) dans la catégorie Compositeur/Interprète. Diverses rencontres et expériences scéniques lui apportent les réponses nécessaires qu’il attendait sur son évolution et son chemin artistique. Il devient accompagnateur dans les classes de chant et de formation instrumentale et tente de proposer ses idées dans la pop grâce entre autres à l’ouverture d’une section variété qu’il gère dans l’école où il enseigne depuis 1999 (l'académie Amélie Dengis). Sa passion pour la scène lui donnera aussi l’occasion de jouer dans 4 comédies musicales aux Pays-Bas (Sister Act, little shop of horror, Famous, Shrek/ kumulus Maastricht). En 2008, il fait la rencontre de Lara Fabian qui lui donnera l’occasion de l’accompagner sur sa tournée « toutes les femmes en moi » en piano/voix sur les plus belles scènes de Russie, d'Ukraine et même d’Israël. En février 2015, elle lui offre aussi la chance de l’accompagner au festival de Sanremo, avec la version italienne de « Je suis Malade », « sto male » sous la direction de Fio Zanotti. Depuis lors, Vincent Gullo a collaboré avec Maurane, Pierre Perret, Tiph Barrow, Frédéric François, Mario Barravecchia…. Aujourd’hui, Vincent Gullo explore le territoire de l’écriture symphonique à travers des ambiances qu’il souhaite marier entre romantisme et minimalisme avec comme nouveau terrain de jeu, la musique de film. Son premier album piano « Miracle of light » a été adapté en 2017 sous forme d’une suite symphonique qu’il a présenté le 16 décembre 2017 avec l’orchestre philharmonique de Bruxelles (BPHO) sous la direction de David Navarro Turres Outre ses participations studio en tant que musicien et arrangeur, la scène occupe une grande partie de sa vie. Actuellement, Vincent Gullo dessine la préparation de l'album genèse et présentera bientôt ses nouvelles compositions dans l'univers néo-classique parsemé d'un message dont la thématique repose sur des hommages mais aussi des liens avec la nature, dont la mer.

Vincent Gullo started playing the piano at the age of 5, after studying at the municipal academy of Seraing, he entered the Royal Conservatory of Liège in 1997 at the age of 17, he then entered Jo Alfidi's class where he studied classical piano and then perfected himself. gets his first prize 3 years later, in Jean Schils' class. His career at the conservatory lasted 10 years, he also studied harmony which he slowly digested to give birth to his desire to compose and obtained the first prize for writing and analysis in 2004 (stylistic approach of Brahms and Schumann). Since classical is part of his daily life, he however diverts his attention towards Pop/Jazz music and draws on his experiences on stage and in the studio, maintaining, however, the music of Chopin and Rachmaninoff as an influence. It is precisely the Italian songs, which have accompanied him since early childhood, that give him the inspiration necessary to start writing and arranging songs. At 18 the first songs took shape which led him to participate in the Italian Song Festival in Belgium, where he won 3 times (2000-2001-2003) in the Composer/Performer category. Various meetings and stage experiences provided him with the necessary answers he was waiting for regarding his evolution and his artistic path. He becomes an accompanist in singing and instrumental training courses and tries to propose his ideas in a pop key thanks, among other things, to the opening of a variety section which he manages in the school where he has taught since 1999 (the Amélie Dengis academy). His passion for the stage will also give him the opportunity to act in 4 musical comedies in the Netherlands (Sister Act, Little Shop of Horror, Famous, Shrek/kumulus Maastricht). In 2008 he met Lara Fabian who gave him the opportunity to accompany her on her “All the Women in Me” piano/vocal tour on the most beautiful stages in Russia, Ukraine and even Israel. In February 2015 she also offered him the opportunity to accompany her at the Sanremo Festival, with the Italian version of "Je suis Malade", "sto male" directed by Fio Zanotti. Since then, Vincent Gullo has collaborated with Maurane, Pierre Perret, Tiph Barrow, Frédéric François, Mario Barravecchia….   Today Vincent Gullo explores the territory of symphonic writing through atmospheres that wish to combine romanticism and minimalism with film music as a new playground.His first piano album “Miracle of light” was adapted in 2017 in the form of a symphonic suite which he presented on 16 December 2017 with the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra (BPHO) under the direction of David Navarro Turres. In addition to his studio participations as a musician and arranger, the stage occupies a large part of his life. Currently, Vincent Gullo is preparing the genesis of the album and will soon present his new compositions in the neoclassical universe punctuated by a message whose theme is based on tributes but also connections with nature, including the sea

Vincent Gullo ha iniziato a suonare il pianoforte all'età di 5 anni, dopo aver studiato all'accademia municipale di Seraing, è entrato al Conservatorio Reale di Liegi nel 1997 all'età di 17 anni, è poi entrato nella classe di Jo Alfidi dove ha studiato pianoforte classico per poi perfezionarsi. ottiene il suo primo premio 3 anni dopo, nella classe di Jean Schils. La sua carriera al conservatorio è durata 10 anni, ha studiato anche armonia che ha lentamente digerito per far nascere il suo desiderio di comporre e ha ottenuto il primo premio di scrittura e analisi nel 2004 (approccio stilistico di Brahms e Schumann). Essendo la classica parte della sua vita quotidiana, devia tuttavia la sua attenzione verso la musica Pop/Jazz e attinge alle esperienze sul palco e in studio, mantenendo come influenza, però, la musica di Chopin e Rachmaninoff. Sono proprio le canzoni italiane, che lo hanno accompagnato fin dalla prima infanzia, a dargli l'ispirazione necessaria per iniziare a scrivere e arrangiare canzoni. A 18 anni prendono forma le prime canzoni che lo portano a partecipare al Festival della canzone italiana in Belgio, dove vince 3 volte (2000-2001-2003) nella categoria Compositore/Interprete. Diversi incontri ed esperienze sceniche gli forniscono le necessarie risposte che aspettava sulla sua evoluzione e sul suo percorso artistico. Diventa accompagnatore nei corsi di canto e formazione strumentale e cerca di proporre le sue idee in chiave pop grazie, tra l'altro, all'apertura di una sezione di varietà che gestisce nella scuola dove insegna dal 1999 (l'accademia Amélie Dengis). La sua passione per il palcoscenico gli darà anche l'opportunità di recitare in 4 commedie musicali nei Paesi Bassi (Sister Act, Little Shop of Horror, Famous, Shrek/kumulus Maastricht). Nel 2008 incontra Lara Fabian che gli dà l'opportunità di accompagnarla nel suo tour “All the Women in Me” in pianoforte/voce sui palcoscenici più belli della Russia, Ucraina e persino Israele. Nel febbraio 2015 gli offre anche la possibilità di accompagnarla al Festival di Sanremo, con la versione italiana di “Je suis Malade”, “sto male” per la regia di Fio Zanotti. Da allora, Vincent Gullo ha collaborato con Maurane, Pierre Perret, Tiph Barrow, Frédéric François, Mario Barravecchia…. Oggi Vincent Gullo esplora il territorio della scrittura sinfonica attraverso atmosfere che desidera coniugare romanticismo e minimalismo con la musica da film come nuovo terreno di gioco. Il suo primo album per pianoforte “Miracle of light” è stato adattato nel 2017 sotto forma di suite sinfonica che ha presentato il 16 dicembre 2017 con l'Orchestra Filarmonica di Bruxelles (BPHO) sotto la direzione di David Navarro Turres. Oltre alle sue partecipazioni in studio come musicista e arrangiatore, il palcoscenico occupa gran parte della sua vita. Attualmente, Vincent Gullo sta preparando la genesi dell'album e presenterà presto le sue nuove composizioni nell'universo neoclassico punteggiate da un messaggio il cui tema è basato su tributi ma anche collegamenti con natura, compreso il mare.
